Yoga and meditation came into my life during the pandemic. It was a way for me to connect deeply with myself, center my thoughts, anchor in the present moment, and find resilience with life’s uncertainties. These practices mirror life lessons, and as I continue showing up to my mat, I uncover answers in how to live a life that contains more equanimity, peace, and wellness.
Reiki is a practice that has recently become part of my holistic health + wellness regimen. Grounded in the traditional Usui method, this ancient Japanese technique works with the subtle body to promote healing by channeling energy. I’ve personally experienced the healing properties of this gentle, body-based approach that works towards supporting relaxation throughout the nervous system, a reduction of stress, and promoting integrated mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Whether your new to yoga + reiki or well-seasoned with these modalities, I’d love to work with you. Yoga and Reiki sessions are by appointment only. Yoga can be booked at private, semi-private, or group rates. Reiki is private. Sessions will be hosted at Yoga Sanctuary (Northampton, MA) or virtually.
Sessions are offered on sliding scale rates; or open to trade exchanges.
